Streaming To Twitch Using Custom RTMP
Switcher's Twitch integration makes it quick and easy to stream to your Twitch Channel with the Switcher: Live Streaming App for iPad, iPhone, and Mac! However, there are some instances when using the integration is not a recommended option, including:
- If you are having trouble linking your Twitch account to Switcher Studio
- If there is a known issue with the Switcher Studio + Twitch integration
- Personal preference
Using Custom RTMP allows you to stream to Twitch with Switcher Studio without using the integration.
Note: For information about what Custom RTMP is and why it's used, check out the Help Center article Streaming to Platforms without a Direct Integration.
