Viewing Facebook Comments while Using Custom RTMP

If you are using Custom RTMP to stream to Facebook (instead of using the direct Switcher + Facebook integration), you can still easily view audience comments inside the Switcher Studio app.

Note: Comments are only visible for livestreams on Timelines and Pages.

To view Facebook comments during a Custom RTMP livestream:

  • Tap the Comments tab on the main switcher (speech bubble icon)

  • Tap Facebook on the Live Comments screen.

  • Tap Timeline or Page, depending on where you are streaming.

  • Tap the name of the Custom RTMP channel you are using.

  • Your audience comments will appear, in chronological order.
