Preventing Text from Being Mirrored when Using the Selfie Camera
When connecting iOS devices as cameras in Switcher Studio, you can choose which camera lens to use, including the front-facing / selfie camera. Many other camera and video apps mirror the image when using the front-facing / selfie camera, meaning it flips the image horizontally. If there is text in the photo, the text cannot be read.
To prevent that issue, Switcher Studio automatically flips the image when you are using the front-facing camera, so your audience will see any text correctly. Here is an example of Switcher Studio using the front-facing / selfie camera:
