Changing the email address associated with your Switcher Studio account can be accomplished quickly within your Dashboard. Here are the steps to accomplish this quickly:

  1. Log into your Dashboard at

  2. Go to the My Profile menu option.

  3. Go to your email address field.

  4. Enter in the new email address that you wish to use for your Switcher Studio account.

  5. Save!

Troubleshooting Errors When Changing Your Email Address

Your New Email Address Was Registered In The Past

Please note that the email address that you enter must be an account that is not already registered as a Switcher Studio account (as in it has not been used for a Trial or a subscription in the past). If you try to enter in an email address that has already been registered for any reason in the past, you will receive an error message when trying to hit save.

Enter in a different email address that has never been registered for a Switcher Studio account in the past, and you'll be all set.

Your New Email Address Uses A Custom Domain

Email addresses like,, and are automatically Whitelisted by our system. However, if you are wishing to use an email address with a custom domain (such as or, it is likely not Whitelisted in our system. This can cause you to be unable to change to your new email address.

To have your custom domain Whitelisted, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: WHITELIST MY DOMAIN.

Please write in using the same email address that you use for your Switcher Studio account. A member of our Support Team will Whitelist your domain within 24 hours, and you will be able to update to your new email address at that time.
