The direct Facebook integration Switcher Studio offers is normally easy and seamless to set up for users. When there is an error with Facebook live-streaming, either something did not complete correctly during the initial set-up or something has experienced a glitch down the road.

The best way to remedy this is to completely remove the connection between Facebook and Switcher, and then to reconnect them together. To unlink your Facebook account from Switcher Studio, please follow the steps below:

Step One: Unlinking Facebook from Switcher Studio

Navigate to the Outputs tab on your main switching device.

Tap the blue "+" icon in the upper-right corner of the Outputs tab.

Select the Facebook Live icon from the dialog box.

Now, select "Unlink Account".

Step Two: Unlinking Switcher Studio from Facebook

Go to on a computer, and sign into your Facebook account. You cannot do this with the native Facebook app or with a mobile browser; you must use a PC or a Mac with its browser.

Click the arrow in the top-right corner of your Facebook screen to open a drop-down menu.

Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Select Business Integrations in the left menu.

Hover your cursor over "Switcher Studio", and you'll see a box next to it. Click inside the box to leave a checkmark.

Now, click the blue Remove button to remove the Switcher Studio integration.

Step Three: Relinking Facebook to Switcher
