Using Countdown Timers

A quick way to add production value to your Switcher Studio videos is by adding a countdown to the beginning of your stream. Not only does it look professional, but it also gives your viewers time to tune into the broadcast.

Accessing Timers in Switcher Studio

To access timers:

• Open the Switcher Studio app.

• Tap Horizontal or Vertical.

• Tap the plus icon in the bottom-center of the Sources panel.

• Tap Text & Graphics.

• Tap Timers.

Choosing a Timer Template

To choose a Timer:

• Tap to select the timer you want to use.

  • You will now have the ability to edit the properties of the selected timer.

Customizing Your Timer

Now that you have chosen a timer template, you can customize the properties. You can choose the size, location, colors, and background for your timer.

To customize your timer:

• Adjust any settings in the properties window.

  • You can adjust settings such as the duration, colors, size, location, and background.

• Tap Done in the top-right corner.

Displaying Your Timer in the Livestream

To display your timer in the livestream:

• Tap the timer in the Sources panel.

  • The timer will now appear in the live feed and begin counting down.

• Tap the timer again to remove it from the live feed.
