It is important to be able to interact with your audience while you are live. To do this, most broadcasters will load their stream on another computer, phone, or tablet. This way, they can check on their comments when possible and respond to them while live.

When streaming directly to Facebook from within the Switcher Studio app, you can see your stream's comments in real-time as they are posted. The comments are posted within the Reactions tab. This allows you to respond to your comments while live without having to use another source.

Please note that when using an iPhone as your main switching device, it must be used in vertical mode in order to access many tabs. This includes the Reactions tab.

To get started, tap on the icon to open the Reactions tab. This icon looks like a speech bubble:

Now, tap Load Comments.

As comments are left by your viewers, they will show in this Reactions tab.

If you are subscribed to either the Standard Plan or the Plus Plan, you can display Facebook comments on the screen for your audience to see.
