How to Fade Audio in Switcher
Fading audio allows a cleaner transition between assets and sources, allowing for a more professional and customized production. In Switcher app version 10.2 and later, audio for assets can be automatically faded in and out from .1 seconds to 5 seconds.

Fade Audio Overview
- Assets: Audio can be faded for audio assets and video assets with audio.
- Duration: Audio can be faded from .1 second to 5 seconds.
- Fade In / Fade Out: You can set each asset to have its own start and end fade duration.
- For example, a song could fade in for .5 seconds, and fade out for 3 seconds.
How to Fade Audio in Switcher
- Open the Switcher app.
- Tap the Plus (+) icon. (iPhone only)
- Tap New Livestream
- Tap Horizontal or Vertical
- Tap Enter Studio
- Tap and hold the asset (audio, or video with audio) you would like to adjust.
- Tap Edit Properties.
- Tap Audio Fading.
- Tap and drag the Fade In slider to the desired duration.
- Any duration between .1 seconds and 5 seconds.
- Tap and drag the Fade Out slider to the desired duration.
- Any duration between .1 seconds and 5 seconds.
- Tap Done in the top-right corner of the Audio Fading panel.
- Tap Done in the top-right corner of the Editor panel.
- Now, when you tap your asset, the audio will automatically fade in and out
