How to Change the Payment Method for a Subscription Purchased Within the Switcher App

If you purchased your Switcher subscription within the Switcher app and would like to update the payment method that is used, you can make these changes using the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Follow the steps below to begin.

Note: Subscription purchases made within the Switcher app are processed by the Apple App Store. Switcher’s support team is unable to change the payment method, as all transaction data is managed by Apple.

To change the payment method for a Switcher subscription from the App Store:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your name.
  • Tap Payment & Shipping.
  • Tap Add Payment Method.
  • Enter the payment information.
  • Tap Done.
  • Tap Edit.
  • Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method.
  • Tap Remove.
  • Tap Done.
  • The new payment method will be used the next time the subscription is charged.
