How to Request a Refund for a Subscription Purchased Within the Switcher App
In order to request a refund for a Switcher subscription that was purchased within the Switcher app, log into your Apple account at reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID.
To request a refund for a subscription purchased within the Switcher app:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID email and password.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund.
- Select Next.
- Select your Switcher subscription.
- Select Submit.
Note: If you purchased a Switcher subscription within the Switcher app, the Apple team will review your refund request.
