How to Request a Refund for a Subscription Purchased Within the Switcher App

In order to request a refund for a Switcher subscription that was purchased within the Switcher app, log into your Apple account at reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID.

To request a refund for a subscription purchased within the Switcher app:

  • Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID email and password.
  • Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." 
  • Choose the reason why you want a refund.
  • Select Next.
  • Select your Switcher subscription.
  • Select Submit.

Note: If you purchased a Switcher subscription within the Switcher app, the Apple team will review your refund request.
