How to Cancel a Subscription Purchased Within the Switcher App
In order to cancel a Switcher subscription that was purchased within the Switcher app, you will need to log into the Switcher app on an iOS device and follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
Note: If you wish to cancel your subscription during your trial period, please follow the steps below at least 24 hours prior to the subscription start date to prevent being charged.
To cancel a Switcher Subscription purchased within the Switcher App:
- Open the Switcher app.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: Subscription purchases made within the Switcher app are processed by the Apple App Store. Switcher’s support team is unable to cancel the subscription, as all account data is managed by Apple.
