Using Multiple Collections

Suite Plan subscribers have the ability to create multiple Collections, allowing tailored video content based on the specific website or landing page each Collection is embedded on. Collections utilize the videos in the Video Catalog, allowing users to mix and match what content they would like to be displayed in each Collection.

Creating a New Collection

By default, one Collection is already created for qualifying accounts. Each new player will generate it's own unique embed code. To create additional Collections, follow the steps below.

To create a new Collection:


Adding Videos & Scheduled Livestreams to a New Collection

Once you have created your new Collection, you can select videos from your Video Library to add to the Collection's playlist as well as scheduled streams. If you have videos you would like to add to the Collection that are not yet uploaded into the Video Library, you can also upload from this location.


To add videos and upcoming streams to a new Collection:

  • From the Video Catalog page, click the Edit Pencil Icon next to the Collection that you would like to use.

  • Click Add Content in the Collection Settings section.
  • Change between Video Library and Scheduled Livestreams at the top of the window.
  • Check the boxes next to the content you want to add.
  • Click Add to Collection.


Accessing the New Collection's Embed Code

Once you have the new Collection's playlist configured, you can copy the embed code to paste it into your website builder. Once the changes have been saved on your website, the Collection will be visible to visitors.


To access the new Collection's embed code:

  • From the Video Catalog page, click the Edit Pencil Icon next to the Collection that you would like to use.
  • Click Copy Embed Code from the Embed Code section.



Deleting a Collection

You can delete any Collection that you are no longer using. Deleting a Collection does not delete the associated videos from your Video Library. Before deleting a Collection, be sure to remove the associated embed code from any live webpages.


To delete a Collection:

  • From the Video Catalog page, click the Trash Can Icon next to the Collection that you would like to delete.
  • Click Delete.

Note: Deleting a Collection does not remove the associated videos from the Video Library.
