How to Use a Switcher Recording as an Asset in a Livestream

Videos created within Switcher Studio can be brought back into Switcher as an Asset for a new production.

To import a previously recorded Switcher video:

• Open Switcher Studio on your main switching device.

• Tap Horizontal or Vertical.

• Tap the blue plus icon at the bottom of the Sources panel. 

• Tap Video.

• Tap Local Recordings.

• Tap the video file you want to import.

• Adjust any of the settings as needed.

• Tap Done.

  • Your video will now appear as a thumbnail in the Sources panel and can be used in your new production.
