We have a responsive support team that is able to assist you with any Switcher troubleshooting or general inquiries. While we don't provide live chat, the Dashboard Messenger will provide an estimated response time. Read below to learn how to access our support team.

Dashboard Messenger

You can contact our support team using the messenger in the Switcher Dashboard. While we don't provide live chat, the messaging tool will provide an estimated response time. Using the messaging tool also makes it easier for the Support team to have access to your account information.

To contact support using the Dashboard Messenger:

  • Go to in a web browser.
  • Click the Help widget in the bottom right corner.
  • Click Ask.
  • Type your message.
  • Include any relevant screenshots or media.
  • Click Send a Message.


If you are unable to log into the Switcher Dashboard, you can email the support team directly at Please include any relevant information such as device type and iOS versions as well as a detailed description of the problem you are encountering. Our team responds to emails in the order of which they are received, so to expedite a response, please refrain from sending multiple emails.
