Remote Guest Allotments

All Switcher plans allow for 5 remote guests.

Note: It is not currently possible to add additional guest slots.

Monthly time allotment

All paid plans have unlimited video chat hours. The free trial is limited to 20 video chat hours.

Session time limit

Each Remote Guest participant can only be in a video chat room for 4 hours at a time.That session limit applies to the switcher (i.e. the person initiating the video chat room) as well as guests.

If you plan on using Remote Guest for more than four hours at a time, you will need to leave and re-join the video chat room and start a new four-hour window. This limitation is imposed by our provider and is not something we can control.
